Morning Fog

I Never Thought I’d See the Day

Plus Party Shopping With Jenna & Jana

 

I love a foggy morning!

 

 

 

 

The crocus were closed until the fog lifted.

I never thought I’d see the day when Cerwin would buy a computer for himself.

 

 

When we were on the plane – from Dallas/Ft Worth to Vancouver – the other week,  Cerwin was sitting next to a man who had one of these small laptops.  After listening to the man’s praises of its functions, Cerwin was convinced that it would be perfect for his computer needs.

I encouraged him to get it for his birthday (coming up in April).  He loves being able to check the news, his financial pages, archery and hunting information, and Ebay without having to wait on me to be finished.

 

 

After school I took Jenna and Jana shopping for their party decorations. 

I knew Jere and Kristen were concerned about the time-factor of having a birthday party for Jana on Sunday evening and leaving for Switzerland on Monday, so Cerwin and I offered to have the party at our place.  

Because Jenna’s birthday is the day after Jana’s, we talked to Jeff and Chris (and Jenna) and decided to have a “girl party” on the 29th. 

You’ll get to see the decorations they chose when I post the party pictures early next week.

 

 

They convinced me that they needed slushies before going home.  (Grandma’s are such pushovers.)

 

 

 They loved mixing flavors.

 

 

It was a great day.
