Bible School Safari

July 6-10

 

 

This has been an amazing week of evening Bible School

 

 

The Bible School team did a fabulous job of turning the sanctuary into the feeling of being on a safari.  If you look closely, you can see Joel Stoner using binoculars to search for animals.

 

 

I cropped the picture so you can see him better.  He found every animal he was looking for, but couldn’t find the hippo’s.  Of course the children all yelled that they were behind him.

The study for the week – in the children’s and adult classes – was The Lord’s Prayer.  Tonight Kevin Longenecker taught from Matthew 6:13. 

“God Rules”

I was challenged by the last part of the verse: 

For Yours is

the kingdom

and the power

and the glory

 forever.

  Amen.
