Lydia
Lydia enjoys cooking, so is usually in charge of one or two meals a week.
Last night she made a meal with items she ordered from Schwan’s.
I usually order a few meals when Schwan’s stops in (every two weeks). Last week I put her in charge of ordering.
Breaded chicken, green beans, and tortellini in spaghetti sauce. It was delicious.
Brownie dessert
She is so creative in using what is in our freezer and refrigerator. This dessert was made from three frozen brownies (warmed in the microwave), then layered with sliced bananas, hot fudge, and Cool Whip. Yum!
Look at Lydia’s turkey sandwich!
Today we stopped at Round the Clock restaurant in York for lunch, where we met Lydia’s other grandparents, who live about an hour and a half from us. Roy and Joanne chose to have Lydia this weekend, because their family is camping, and they thought it would be a good time for her to spend time with aunts, uncles, and cousins.

When I look at this picture, I can see where Lydia got her “looks!”

I guess I’m going to have to do my own cooking for the next few days. ![]()
