My Brain Cells Are Mush

I spent the last three days writing and editing articles for The Extra Mile newsletter, now I’m finished, (the rest is up to the proofreaders) and I can get on with a normal schedule again.

That’s it.  I don’t have any creative ideas for my blog tonight.

I think I will go walk on my Air Climber!
