Pizza Hut & IMAX

After church this morning, Cerwin and I took our Pennsylvania children and grandchildren to Pizza Hut for lunch, and Whitaker Center (Harrisburg) to see two IMAX movies.  I love IMAX movies and decided to do this to celebrate my birthday.  (We planned to go two weeks ago, a few days after my birthday, but several in Jere and Kristen’s family were sick.)

The first movie was Bugs.  Since it was in 3D, we all got special glasses.

We saw the metamorphosis of several interesting insects.

We learned a lot of interesting facts about the insect world.

Zachary didn’t make it to the end.

Then we had a fifteen minute break until the next movie.

The last movie was about the country of Australia.   This was a 2D movie, so we did not need glasses.  I did not know (or remember) that so much of Australia is dry and barren.

I love taking our family to educational films.
