Some Challenging Christmas Thoughts From An Email I Received The Other Day
-
Instead of complaining about the way Christmas is celebrated, write a letter of love and hope to someone who is lonely, ill, or discouraged – even better, visit them – take some cookies or special Christmas treat.
- Instead of complaining about the wording on the cards the President’s staff sent this year, write a note telling him that you are praying for him and his family.
- Instead of nitpicking about what the retailer in your town calls Christmas, be patient with the people who work there. Give them a kind word. Just because they cannot wish you a Merry Christmas, shouldn’t keep you from wishing them one.
