My sister and her daughters are the best donut bakers – and we are honored to receive a few at this time each year. She does this in honor/memory of our mom and uses her recipe.
We ate the donut holes within minutes of Nancy’s delivery. Cerwin and I shared a filled donut for supper and froze the rest – to enjoy later. We saved the glazed donuts for Fauschnaut Day.
