These two (Eva and Miriam) helped oversee the Country Treasures store where you shopped by the sticker price placed on items – no bidding on anything.

At the Silent Auction – next to Country Treasures – you wrote a bid on items you wanted to purchase.

If you went back and discovered that someone outbid you, you bid higher. This could be done until closing time.

Both places had lots of interesting, attractive items.
