I think Josiah was glad his mom was here for the week and could make a few hospital visits.
He was much better today and the cellulitis and Lymphedema in his leg was significantly reduced. According to hospital staff he can go home on Friday – if he stays fever free.
This was the view if I turned my camera to the right.
It looks like azalea to me. (Someone suggested rhododendron and I think that may be correct.)
Keep praying for Josiah. He will need to be aware of changes in his leg and of things he can do to possibly avoid this becoming a problem in the future.
I’m glad that Josiah is feeling better — it may take a while for all that damage to repair itself! Looks like azalea, or maybe rhododendron — what a lovely plant for a hospital window!
He is learning that it will probably be a fairly long-term issue. Yes, that may be rhododendron because of the shape of the flowers.
