When redoing our man cave the other month, I decided that the final touch to the room would be to clean the carpet, but when I got my trusty Oreck carpet cleaner out of the closet, it decided to give up the ghost.

My very wise husband suggested that we rent a cleaner from Longenecker’s Hardware instead of buying a new one. I liked that idea, because that means there is extra space in our guest room closet.

Because we had gone to the effort of getting a cleaner, we decided to clean all the carpets in the house – and were pleased with the results.

Then it was time to rest, let the carpets dry, and watch birds.

Lots accomplished on that day in early March.
