The planning committee and a few early arrivals met at 10 am to begin orientation to the conference and the buildings at The Welcoming Center, Akron, PA.

Jeff Batzer – navy shirt – was also an organizer of the event and though he has moved on to work at a local business, came to help with the conference.
Following a tour of the grounds, we had a quick lunch of beef barbecue sandwiches and a vegie tray.
