Wednesday Evening, March 11

We enjoyed three days of rather warm weather – especially Monday and Tuesday, when we worked in the yard – then a cold front came through with wind and rain. The above picture is not stars but rain drops.

It became so windy that I opened the back garage door to make sure Cerwin’s new yard trailer was okay. It was tucked safely behind the lawnmower and was doing fine.

When I looked outside the next morning, it appeared my Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner tulip was the only thing that was affected by the wind. I put it next to the frog where we plan to plant it. Planting will have to wait a bit until the weather gets warmer.
I’m glad the tulip[ was the only damage in that strong wind. It’s about 90 here, and looks as if summer is here already!
I am getting ready for warm weather.
