I post this with great memories of a kind and thoughtful mother.

It is a landmark birthday for us. She died at the age of 52, which means it has been 52 years since we saw her.

July 28, 1973. This is one of the last pictures we have of her. It was taken as she watched people arriving at Marlin and Nancy’s (my sister) wedding. She died about 8 months later March 16, 1974.
