Several weeks ago, our grandson Jordan asked if he could use our garage for a thirtieth birthday for his wife, Nicole. I love when our grandchildren are comfortable doing that because of our large garage. 🙂

She is the mother of our newest great grandchild, Haven

Because there were 42 dinner guests, we had the food on our kitchen table.

The guests were Jordan and Nicole’s small group from church, his parents and siblings. Nicole is an only child – so she has no siblings. Her family was having another party the following week when it suited her grandparents and other family members.

We had a delightful afternoon. We were surprised when the cool morning turned into a warm afternoon, so we were able to open the garage door. The children loved playing in the yard.

There was a table for gifts and cards. Jordan and Nicole were looking for baby photos of Jordan. I found some and put them in a Ziplock bag.

Jordan’s sister Gloria makes delicious bread and had a loaf on the gift table.

We had a most delightful afternoon watching our family, friends, and great grandchildren. Jeff and Chris have 11 grandchildren ages 7 and under. They create a lot of entertainment. 🙂
