We enjoyed breakfast at Eagle Cafe, Quarryville, PA, to celebrate Deb’s birthday – which was last week. Since breakfast fits best into their schedule and we have more free time then they do, we usually meet them in a restaurant near their place.

I am not a French toast kind of breakfast person, but their French toast and fruit is incredibly delicious. I usually bring more than half of the bread home which I enjoy for another few breakfasts.

Roy and Cerwin each had a western omelet and home fries.

Deb had an omelet which included feta cheese. I think it was a spinach omelet.

It was so much fun to catch up on their lives.
