Working through the first rehearsal in the Chapel at Manheim Brethren-in-Christ Church.
Father and son pastors Jonathan and John Duty consulting on details.
The men of the wedding party making sure they have their act together.
When the wedding party and the coordinator were satisfied that they were ready for Saturday afternoon, we went next door to Warehouse 54 Cafe – a facility of Manheim BIC – where Jere (our son) and Kristen had the rehearsal meal ready for the wedding party, parents, grandparents and other key people involved in the wedding.
Each table was decorated with candles and Flowers by Lizzy our Amish neighbor.
The main course was Chicken sandwiches and nuggets from Chick-Fil-A.
All other items were by Jere and Kristen.

Dessert was brownies and Fox Meadows Creamery ice cream. Fox Meadows is where Jared and Yeira met when both worked there – several years ago.
Next thing on the agenda was their Saturday wedding. That will be my next post.
