It was certainly fun to have Nate, Lauree, Emmy and Lainey here for supper on Wednesday, June 11.
Cheeseburger subs were the choice of food for the evening. Nate had a Two Cousin’s Cheeseburger sub which included ham. Emmy shared her small pizza with Lainey. Emmy was so pleased with her own pizza in a small box.
It was a beautiful evening, so we went outside on the patio. Emmy is sharing her apple juice with Lainey.

I am not sure how this got started, but the girls could not get enough of being tossed between their parents.
After Emmy, Lainey wanted a turn too.
Nate and Lauree were not far apart, so this was not dangerous to the girls.
This went on until their parent’s arms were tired.
The beautiful evening was an added bonus to a really fun evening.
That looks like a wonderful evening, but yikes — I am glad nobody landed on the ground!
The parents reach wasn’t very far apart which kept the girls very safe.
That looks like a lot of fun for the little ones.
I do know the girls wanted to “do it again” much longer than the parents.
How well I remember those “Do again, Daddy! Do again, Mommy!” days. The little ones just never seem to tire of repeating the fun over and over, do they?!
