We were partly sad that this was the last night of our trip, so we just kind of soaked in the view as we left Samaritan’s Purse in Wilkesboro, NC, (leaving about 2 pm) for the two-hour drive to our motel in Charlotte, NC.

Following supper in the motel and a good night’s sleep, we were up for breakfast the next day for the final day of our tour – The Billy Graham Library then home.

We were all ready to board the bus by 9:00 am for the half-hour drive to the library which opened at 9:30 am.
