We found the staff at the Cove Training Center to be incredibly friendly from the moment we entered these large front doors.

Someone was always at the door to make sure were supposed to be there. We had BNT name tags which were our right to entrance.

Their presence also made sure that someone didn’t just walk in off the street.

Sometimes we met staff persons who had offices on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor. Most times we only got a glimpse of those people through a window in the door to their office or if their office door was open. The gentleman on the right is in charge of making sure things at the Training Center run smoothly. He had his office door open on the 3rd floor when I walked by and kind of paused to look at the view. He invited me in to get a photo of the valley – and always remembered my name after that.

I noticed this staff person in the laundry when I entered the first-floor entrance to our motel after walking on a mountain pathway.

I met this lady when exploring the first floor of the Training Center. I was on my way to read the photo information along the walls.
I asked if she was studying. She said, “No, I am praying.” I apologized for interrupting her, but she was quick to stop and talk to me.
She explained that she was praying over each prayer request that had been written on the prayer cards that are available almost anywhere in The Training Center, including our motel rooms. These cards could be placed in slotted boxes that were located at a variety of places in the buildings.

I was fascinated and impressed by how people prayed over each prayer request.
Each time she completed praying for the request on each card, she placed a check mark at the upper right. When she was finished with the stack of cards, they were given to someone else, until each card had four checkmarks on it.
After getting permission to take these two photos, she said, I prayed for you while you took the pictures.
The staff also had a list of people on our tour. Someone on staff prayed for us individually each day we were there.
Being at The Cove reinforced the value, power, and importance of prayer.
Staying here cannot compare to staying at an ordinary motel because we felt saturated in kindness and prayer.
