Inge, these pictures are especially for you.
Our backyard border is a burial place for a few of Inge’s precious cats. In their memory she has planted spring flowers.

This photo was taken on March 13 when Timothy and Barnabas’ daffodils were just beginning to open.

This is what they look like today – 12 days later.

Right next to them is a pretty crocus. I am not sure if you planted it, or a tiny bulb arrived by a bird.

At the other burial spot – under our large firebush.
Sorry, Inge, I forget the name of this cat. As of today, there is one daffodil and a crocus. I expect a few more daffodils in the next few days.

Daffodils often hang their heads a bit. I was fascinated with the delicate beauty of this one and “forced” it to face my camera.
Thank you, Inge for allowing us to be the special burial spot for you sweet cats.
Beautiful!! Thank you! And I planted that crocus as well – it’s my favorite spring flower.
Inge
I thought you may have, because there is a crocus at each burial spot.
