For the past few years, our youngest son, Jere, has been taking me out for breakfast for my birthday and this year was no different.

This time we went to Udder Choice Restaurant near Ephrata.

My bacon, egg and cheese English muffin – with a few bites out of it.

Scrambled eggs with scrapple was Jere’s choice.

It is always fun to spend an hour or so with him.
