A Fun Few Days with Diane, Her Pennsylvania Daughters and Grandchildren

Sunday, February 9 through Thursday, February 13

It started with the Super Bowl on Sunday evening. Natalie, Nathaniel, Anthony, Jasmine, Abby and Garth.

Renee is somehow missing from this picture. I wish I could have captured a picture of her at half-time. I read that some people thought half-time was boring. Not at our house! Renee (almost 2 years old) was trying to keep up with the choreography. She was so funny. She loves music and is always moving with it. Apparently, she likes rap as well.

It was fun to catch up with Garth (our youngest great grandchild) who is 2 1/2 months old. He is certainly growing fast.

Diane had the girls here overnight from Sunday night through Thursday morning. Anthony doesn’t like being away overnight, but he was here during the day a time or two and helped his mom and dad the other days. In this photo, Natalie is helping me prepare a meal.

We had Garth as well for a few hours when Abby had an appointment.

Cerwin was pleased to put him to sleep.

Diane had some things along to keep them busy with “schoolwork”. Natalie, Diane, and Jasmine.

One afternoon the youngest girls wanted to go outside in the snow, but Jazzy chose to stay inside and work on sticker pages.

Natalie built a few tiny snowmen in the birdbath.

After a while Jazzy went outside and joined her grandma and sisters.

Renee was “chatting” with me one morning while I was getting ready for the day. She loves to clean so I gave her a wet cloth and asked her to wash the bathroom floor. 🙂 Washing the bathroom floor was on my to do list that day.

It seemed rather quiet here after they went home on Thursday morning.

Lydia (Diane and Marks’s youngest daughter) stopped in a time or two between her jobs in southern Lancaster County. Sorry I didn’t get any pictures that included her.
