Oh, what a delightful time we had with Inge, Kevin and Sam during lunch. It has been many years since we last saw Kevin Scott in person. He is Executive Director of Transport For Christ for the Canadian and Overseas Ministries.
We knew Kevin’s dad, Murray, almost from the time we became involved with TFC in the ’70s. When Murray retired, Kevin took his place. Murray is still involved in helping in ministry.
We could have listened to ministry stories for another hour or two.
Kevin was in the USA on vacation to see family, then his wife flew home, and he continued by car to visit ministry friends.
My delicious French Tomato Soup
The staff of Knight and Day were gracious in allowing us a very long visit.
There’s nothing like a long lunch with friends you haven’t seen for a while! That tomato soup looks delicious!
It was the best restaurant tomato soup I have ever had.
Haven’t seen Kevin in years! I think I have some photos of him as a youngster at a TFC open house somewhere – or maybe it was an ERB Terminal open house in Toronto? It was many years ago.
I forgot that you know him.
