Following a delicious supper by Abby (chosen by Anthony) we celebrated Anthony’s birthday.
Anthony decorated his own cake this year.
His dad (Nathaniel) lighting the candles while his brother Ben looks on.
Aunt Lydia, sisters Jasmine and Natalie with cousin Isaac partially hidden between them, Aunt Moriah and Uncle Ben watch the candle lighting. You can also see Anthony’s grandpa Dale and great grandpa Cerwin in the background. Grandma Luanne is hidden behind Dale.
Another view: Anthony, Nathaniel, Abby and Lydia.
I like my view of these little people – Renee, Isaac and Jasmine.
Opening gifts. Renee, Jasmine and Anthony
Jasmine, Anthony and Dale.
Tenth birthday parties are so much fun.
Wow! Ten years already. Seems like just a year or two ago that Anthony was born. He’s always seemed more mature than his age. I’m sure he’ll have lots of fun putting those models together. And what a terrific job he did decorating the cake. Won’t be long until he can begin doing that sort of thing for profit. 🙂
He is 10 going on 18. 🙂
I have to echo Nonnie’s comments above! They grow so quickly, and Anthony has always been a mature kid for his age! I remember putting together wooden models at about that age, but never learned to decorate birthday cakes! That looks like a very happy birthday dinner!
He is also a very good big brother to his three younger brothers.
