Following a pizza supper at our house – for Abby’s birthday – we played Ticket to Ride. Anthony learned to play it recently and wanted to play it with us. Around the table: Anthony, Cerwin, Nate, Abby and Natalie.

Renee and Jasmine were playing in the toy room.

We hadn’t played this for many years, so needed a bit of reteaching.

I think in the end Anthony won the game.

Abby brought a bag of special things for my birthday. She planned to come earlier but some of the children were dealing with colds and sore throats. There were delicious cupcakes from Mill 72 and these relaxing foot masks. Oh, they felt so good to my tired feet.
