It was a cold day, but we (Diane, Lydia and I) were determined to get in some shopping before a day of snow. Cerwin wasn’t quite as determined as the ladies, but he was a willing driver for Diane and me. Lydia came from southern Lancaster County.
First, we went to Blessings of Hope (each with a voucher from good friends), then Costco (where it was incredibly busy due to a holiday and the day before a predicted snowstorm), and lunch at McDonalds. We were going to have lunch at Costco, but the line was long, and the tables were full.
The sunset was from the day before, with little indication that a snowstorm was in the forecast.
Being retired in the wintertime is the best because there is time to shop with a daughter and granddaughter and enjoy an early afternoon cup of hot chocolate.
That does sound like a fun day — and the sunset photos are lovely (ar those light spots fromhomes, or snow falling?
I think those lights are homes.
Wonderful! Anne
We thought it was wonderful. š
