The sun was just right as we drove toward our house on Friday afternoon, November 3 to highlight the mountains behind our house at their peak color. The colors weren’t as pretty as some years, but we stopped long enough to get a photo of what we saw.

As we move into winter and a slower time of our retired lives – which are already delightfully slower than when our lives were very busy with family and ministry with TFC – I have determined to go through all my notes from my many years of Bible teaching and speaking engagements.
As I do that, I plan to highlight some of my notes and thoughts here – following a photo that I took recently or maybe another time in our lives.
I will still post special happening in our lives but expect to have many days when there will be nothing but one photo and something to ponder.

Something to Ponder

A beautiful picture, and a beautiful reminder!
This time of the year I think about the pocono mountains. They always made me think of piles of gum drops of different colors. ONLY GOD CAN CREATE SUCH BEAUTY!
That’s an interesting comparison. 🙂
What a great idea – to go through your notes through the years. I look forward to learning from your insights!
Thanks, Inge.
