Hannah Ruth Myers of Topsham, ME, age 34 years, 8 months and 17 days, passed away suddenly
on July 4, 2023. She was in the hospital for blood clots in her legs and lungs but was improving and
ready to go home. 

She was born in Brunswick, ME on October 18, 1988 and homeschooled through GED graduation.
She enjoyed American Sign Language, took several adult ed classes and watched Sue Thomas:
F.B.Eye. She also learned some Spanish. Both helped her communicate with co-workers and friends.
Her first job was babysitting for friends. After graduating from high school she worked at Compass
Point Daycare, West Bath and Habitat for Humanity/Seven Rivers Maine & Restore in several
positions when they were in Bath, then helped them move to Topsham. She loved milking cows
(sometimes helping a great uncle and aunt) and eventually began working for L.P. Bisson & Sons,
Inc. in Topsham and was there until her death. She called herself a “milk maid” and helped in many
ways, including milking and running the milk bottling room. She liked the challenge of getting milkers
on cows that liked to kick by singing You are My Sunshine. She enjoyed going to paint nights, often
taking friends with her or making new ones. A yearly highlight was volunteering at the Topsham Fair
gates. She enjoyed making cards and occasionally sold them. She loved spending time with family,
friends and their children, also caring for elderly friends. Her final gift was as an organ donor.

She is survived by her parents Mark and Diane Myers of Lisbon Falls, ME; a sister Elizabeth married
to Nsimba Miandabu and their children Nicodemus and Nzeba of Lewiston, ME; a brother Josiah
Myers married to Becca and son Andre of Royal Oaks, CA; a sister Abigail married to Nathaniel Zuck
and their children Anthony, Jasmine, Natalie and Renee of Manheim PA; a brother Hezekiah married
to Kayla and their son Stetson of Lebanon TN; and a sister Lydia of New Providence, PA. She is also
survived by her paternal grandmother Joanne Myers of Hanover, PA and maternal grandparents
Cerwin and Doris Jean High of Manheim, PA; and many uncles, aunts and cousins. She was
predeceased by her 5-month-old brother Elijah and paternal grandfather Roy Myers.

Services are at Pinette Dillingham Lynch Funeral Home, 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway, Lewiston, ME
04240. Viewing Thursday evening 6-8 pm. Friday viewing 9-11 am with service following. Her final
resting place will be 214 East Ave, Wales, ME.
