Singing the final song.
We sing one verse of a song after each person is baptized.
We kind of joked that everyone in the audience was baptized by sprinkling and pouring – only those being baptized were immersed. ๐
Closing prayer by Dustan
Oh, Happy Day
Oh, happy day when Jesus washed my sins away.
He taught me how to watch and pray and live rejoicing every day.
It looks like you baptize like we do. Face forward, 3 times? I was sptinkled when I was 3, dunked once backward when I was about 11, and 3 times forward after I was married. Haven’t been poured yet. Hehe.
I’m glad God cares more about our hearts than the method of baptism.
We decided that we all received baptism by sprinkling and pouring on Sunday. ๐
