Many of my family, church family and friends knew I was preparing to speak at White Oak Church’s Ladies Fellowship Brunch on Saturday, March 25 and had been sending emails, messages, calling or telling me in person that they were praying for me.

I was especially blessed when our daughter-in-law Kristen stopped in on March 21 with a planter of flowers in support of my preparations.

There was also a kind note inside the card.

Then on March 23, I received this flower and sticky note from my sister Nancy – after we had a sibling brunch at Brickerville House Restaurant.

It is a great blessing to have praying family and friends.
