This is what I did with a pound of hamburger and leftovers from our family’s Christmas Lunch – baked potato and salad bar – two days earlier.
Vegetable soup made with onions, sweet peppers, carrots, celery, chives tomatoes and anything else that helped to create a delicious soup. It made a gallon of soup. 2/4 of it went to the freezer, 1/4 went home with Diane and the last quarter went to the refrigerator – to enjoy on these cold December mornings.
