This birthday group (Jordan, Nicole, Zach and Gloria) chose The Mill for their 2022 birthday dinner.

Cerwin and I arrived early and were seated at our reserved table in the basement. I like unusual mixes of fruit juices, so the Cran-Pear Cooler got my attention. It included cranberry juice, pear nectar, club soda, mint and pomegranate. Cerwin got decaf coffee while we waited for the grandchildren.

The grandchildren agreed on ordering the Brisket Flatbread for an appetizer for the table.

I took this picture of Zach, Gloria, Cerwin, Jordan and Nicole right after our entrees arrived. I was the only one to order chicken. The others had either steak or brisket.

Our sweet and thoughtful waitress offered to take a picture that included me.

We had so much fun catching up on their lives. These dinners with children and grandchildren are some of favorite events.
