Our driveway was ready for a sealer topping.
They started about 10:00 AM by blowing off debris.
Then they sealed all the cracks. By the time they were finished it looked like Kintsugi. Kintsugi is usually used on pottery, but I guess the same analogy can be used when a rubber sealer repairs driveway cracks. š
Putting on the sealer.
Touching the hot sealer would have been painful.
While the manager of the job continued applying the sealer, the other guy brushed it to the edges.
Almost finished.
We hired Lancaster Asphalt Systems, Inc., Lititz, PA, to do this job and would recommend them to anyone.
That’s a huge job, but it looks beautiful, and will last much longer for having been properly sealed!
It will last longer and looks a lot nicer.
What type of asphalt sealer was used? Was it oil based sealer or water based coal tar emulsion sealer
