Wednesday Morning June 15
~~~
Remember the two tickets that Cerwin and I won when we took Jesse to the Baron Breakfast at Manheim Central the other week. (1 free round of golf per person.)
We told Jesse and his friend Nate – who was sitting at our table – that we would take them to the Shack after our family gathering on June 12.
Jesse messaged me on the evening of the 12th that he and Nate were ready to play miniature golf. 🙂 We exchanged possible dates. They chose the 15th.
We picked up the guys at their houses and arrived at The Shack about the time it opened.
Jesse and Nate. It was a rather cheap golf date. The guys were free (with the tickets) and seniors pay half price.
The Shack has a beautiful and fairly difficult course. Some holes are made easier for children. But none of us are children.
A beautiful way to decorate a tree stump.
After Jesse was declared the winner, we took time for a delicious lunch in The Shack Restaurant.
When walking to the car the guys took time to play on the merry-go-round.
When we got back to Jesse’s place, I told him that I need an updated photo for our refrigerator.
Should I use the one with braces or no braces?
When I look at these pictures, I realize that our youngest grandchild is no longer a child. He is turning into a very handsome young man.
Goodness — I remember when Jesse was one of the “little boys!”
Me too. Now he is 15. He’s the youngest of our 16 grandchildren.
