Our Last Christmas Get-Together for 2021 – Thursday Evening, December 30
~~~
We were at Teen Central in Manheim, which was perfect for our evening. I should have taken a few pictures of the children in the gym.
A few of our nieces planned a delicious taco salad meal.
I enjoyed visiting that I forgot to take pictures. However, I do have a few. These are some of Steve (my youngest brother) and Brenda’s grandchildren.
Andi, Kate, Kevin, Larry (hidden), Marlin (standing), Jason, Jared, Laura, Molly and Brenda.
Lindsey, Kelci, and Heidi playing a card game.
One of the highlights of the evening was when my sister, Nancy, showed us this piece of our heritage from 1899.
We aren’t sure what it is, but it was from our great, great, great Grandma Heagy. Our Grandma Nancy Hershey’s maiden name was Heagy.
Grandma Nancy gave this to my sister with the following note…
Oh, what a fun evening. I love and treasure family get-togethers.
Sounds like a delightful time! And I loved seeing that towel – things like that are precious!
It is a treasure to have things from our heritage.
