We have been talking about meeting at Brickerville House for many months, finally we got together on a day and time that suited the four of us.

Our hostess seated us in the “Library”. I like this room. It is in the inner part of the restaurant.
We used to spend a lot of summer weekends together when we took chapels to truck shows for Transport For Christ (now TFC Global). It was delightful catching up on their lives and hearing about some of the things that are happening in their lives. Jane, a skilled artist, had a good summer at art and craft shows. You can see some of her work at Jane Wise Arts | Facebook. Jake has a heart for truck drivers and enjoys sharing the love of Christ with them as he drives, stops at farms (he drives milk truck) or terminals.
Thanks, Jake and Jane for setting up this lunch date.
So happy to know they are doing well and that Jake is still able to do the ministry he loves!
For sure.
How nice to get together with them!! How is Jake doing with his hwelth? I think of him often.
By the way, that showed as anonymous but it was from me?
He still has his challenges, and is waiting on some tests and response to medication.
