You may remember this photograph from Cerwin, Jere and Ian’s wild hog hunt in early September. This is the sow that Cerwin shot.
This is the meat that was cut and frozen by Bur-Pak (Myerstown, PA). We got hams, smoked pork chops, ground sausage, ground sausage in links, and loin. We wanted to weigh these boxes and forgot.
I am not a super big fan of pork or sausage, but I do love smoked pork chops and hams, thus we had a lot of that made.
The above smoked pork chops were our first taste of the meat. Oh, yum!
