I’m not sure when Cerwin decided it was time to clean out the roof spouting in this method.

Maybe he realized that he is getting too old to be climbing on the house roof, or maybe it was the protesting he received from his wife every time she realized he was going on the roof. 🙂

All you need is a high powered leaf blower and the extension kit. This is much better for my heart as I watch him clean out any leaves that got lodged in the spouting.

We do have a leaf guard over the spouting, but with so many trees there are leaves that get lodged in places where they don’t belong.
