It was a pleasant – leaning toward warm – afternoon to be enjoying lunch on Jere and Kristen’s deck.
When Kristen was looking for something masculine for napkin rings, she noticed these small rolls of black electrical tape at the Dollar Store. How creative. Each person was encouraged to take theirs home as a Father’s Day gift.
The pretty centerpiece.
As we relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere on the deck before lunch – I heard a small plane flying overhead.
These two must have gotten the same dress color memo. 🙂
I told Jere he could used this picture to mess with those at Paul B. Zimmerman’s who think they look like brothers.
I noticed a good photo op of these three who were sitting to my left. Tucker, Jesse, and Ian.
There was another good shot across the table. The newlyweds. Austin and Jana.
French Bread
Salad with radishes and spring onions on the side
Kristen serving a slice of lasagna to someone across the table.
Everyone (but me) at the table. Cerwin, Tucker, Jesse, Ian, Jere, Kristen, Josh (Emily was on call and couldn’t leave the Philadelphia area), Jared, Austin and Jana.
Jere’s Father’s Day photo with their children – looking toward Kristen as she took a picture.
Now looking at me.
We went inside to watch the photographer’s photos (on their TV) from Austin and Jana’s wedding. I think Jana said there were 1,200. Following the photos, we enjoyed dessert which was a choice of mixed berry or…
…red raspberry pie.
Shortly after we got home, we received a Father’s Day delivery of cinabuns baked by our daughter Deb. Her friend Bernae and daughter Katie had lunch with them and kindly delivered these to us.

It was a delightful Father’s Day.
It looks like a wonderful Father’s Day!
Yes. It was.
