I watched a female downy as she ignored a pesty, domineering wren – and kept on eating suet.

Finally the angry wren attacked the downy by biting her.

Somedays I think the wren is convinced that it owns the birdfeeders and their contents. 🙂

Finally the downy gave up and left until the wren was in a better mood.
