I think this tree was in the woods when I went to the one-room-schoolhouse next door. First through third grade.
We don’t remember it being so pretty in a long time.

You are having a wonderful spring! What a venerable old tree, and how beautifully it is doing!
We are surprised that it keeps living – and blooming – as it doesn’t always look very healthy. 🙂
