I enjoyed watching a few Eastern Bluebirds at the feeders.
This one perched on top of a shepherd’s hook.
The flowerbed in the middle of our circle driveway is filled with crocus.
The crocus are a result of the 10 bulbs my parents gave us 47-1/2 years ago – on our 10th wedding anniversary.
Keep trusting in your riches and down you’ll go!
But the lovers of God rise up like flowers in the spring.
Proverbs 11:28 The Passion Translation
The bluebirds look a little less brilliant than some I’ve seen — but the crocuses are beautiful! I’ve never seen a stripey one before! — how pretty! Thank you for sharing them this way!
I think it was the lighting on the bluebird. Plus it was probably a female. They are not as dark as the male. 🙂 Not sure if you can buy stripped crocus or if the white and lavender caused a mix.
