I love these yearly birthday events. This time she was treating – for my birthday – which was in early February.
The lighting was really bad – without flash – because of the windows behind us.
We go to Lititz Family Cupboard because we like their Eggs Benedict. I was only going to order one when Nancy said she is getting two so she can take one home for the next day’s breakfast.
I told the waitress, “On the other hand, I will take two as well, since she is paying, and take one home – then teased her that I will also take an order of pancakes and French toast.” 🙂
I did order two eggs benedict and had the second one for supper.

That was exactly what the Nancy who took me out for my birthday told me – get the large and take some home! And since she was paying, I did! 🙂

We see each other fairly often because we live close to each other and go to church together – but we don’t often have time to just hang out.
