This is what our property looked like on the first Sunday morning of the year.
It was not enough sleet to cause issues on the road, so we were able to get to church. Some who come to church from north of us had to be more cautious.
Sleet
Believe it or not, this is the closest I’ve ever come to seeing sleet! It looks like a fine hail, or light snow. I’m glad it wasn’t disruptive!
It is kind of like small ice pellets. It is a bit like fine hail.
Looks like rock salt ?
