It was a beautiful, cloudy and snowy sunrise

By evening I went outside to see if I could find Saturn and Jupiter – most evenings had been cloudy, so I was not able to sight them.

It was certainly easy to find the moon in a clear part of the southwestern sky.

Photographing the two planets was another story.

I could see them as two bright stars, but the photos looked like they were connected by a stream of light. 🙂 Maybe that happened because they were close together in the sky.
