Our two shellbark trees are changing from the top down this year. Notice the difference in height between them and the small red maple tree to their right.

When I went outside to take a few pictures, Cerwin said don’t miss the mushrooms in the front yard. I don’t remember ever seeing anything like these.

They are very hard and without a stem. Everything seems to be attached to the ground.
