It was time for Cerwin to use his new nut picker upper.
He got it at the end of the season last year when my friend Dolly saw a picture of him raking nuts and said he should get a nut picker upper. We had never heard about them.
He really likes how it works. He had already picked up most of them under this tree, so I didn’t capture many on the blue grippers.
This was the second time he was filling the basket. He takes them to the woods behind our house. Now the squirrels have a nut buffet. 
What a great machine!
That is what we think.
Glenn wondered where you got the nut picker upper…we have a bunch of black walnut trees right behind our house here at Bruce’s and you take a risk walking across the lawn, it’s so full of walnuts! Bernice Wagner
