Peonies, Garden Tea and Strawberries

We have three small peony bushes that are only two years old. Last year – no blooms. This year two peonies. Yay!

Garden tea is growing profusely this year due to the spring rains. Diane asked me to let the tea go until she arrives on the 19th. Diane, this is what you are getting. 🙂

I did make one batch from the tallest stems.

We have been buying fresh strawberries from roadside stands and are especially enjoying the delicious strawberry pie that Jere and Kristen brought last night.

June is one of my favorite months.
