The weeping cherry tree (center) always blooms before the regular one (right). The weeping blossoms are just beyond full bloom and the regular blossoms are just starting to open.
These are from the weeping cherry tree. It was a bit windy, so getting good closeups was a bit challenging.
These pretty purple flowers are blooming just below the weeping cherry tree on a perennial ground cover.
These two trees were planted in memory of our dads. Cerwin’s dad enjoyed weeping cherry trees, so we call that one his tree. This one is in memory of my dad.
This tree had more buds than blossoms.
I somehow wish they could bloom all year.
