Wednesday, April 8 and Thursday, April 9

We woke to notice that there was an overnight rain. The news informed us that it had been heavy at times.

Neither of us knew it rained – I guess that’s a sign that we both slept well.

It felt fresh and spring like outside.

The patio dogwood is starting to display signs of life.

The next day was cool, rainy and dreary.

April showers bring May flowers.
